<p class="MsoListParagraph"><span style="color:#1F497D">Through this process we discovered that Show only “Full Text Online” in Primo didn’t really mean or guarantee full text results. So, we worked with Ex Libris to change that text to “Available Online” which
is what the UW Libraries use.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

</span></span></span><![endif]><span style="color:#1F497D">Turns out Kanopy gives you 14 days past invoice to notify them that you already have a film available through another database. “A list of duplicates with catalogue links within 14 days of invoicing
will allow us to revise your invoice, no matter your account type.” Seems fair!<o:p></o:p></span></p>

in Kanopy if they were available in Films on Demand? Perhaps by sharing a Films on Demand title list with the Kanopy rep?
