<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="color:#1F497D">Thanks Tammy for the suggestion but the item was checked in. A staff member pointed out that they couldn’t find it when searching specifically for items in the library. She mentioned that she had seen other titles
that she knew that were on the self but weren’t showing up as ‘Available”.<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Has anyone come up with titles in Primo that do not show as physically “Available” even though it is? The record is not suppressed and does come up in a both a general search and author search but does not appear when you select “Available
in the Library”<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Here is a screenshot of “Easy Writer” 6<sup>th</sup> and 4<sup>th</sup> editions. Both show as available.
