<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin-left:.5in">You also need to submit a Salesforce case asking ExL Cloud Services to open their firewall to your EZProxy IP – it took them about a week or so in the queue to set it up for us. At that time, they needed two separate
cases – one for the sandboxes, and one for production.<br>

Then you can prepend your proxy prefix in a bookmark ahead of your PBO URLs.<o:p></o:p></p>
