<p class="MsoNormal">This weekend something changed in our Primo authentication which we have set-up through our active directory. (ADFS)<o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal"><o:p> </o:p></p>
<p class="MsoNormal">We no longer have the option to place a request and our accounts are showing as empty. Additionally, where it used to show our name when signed in, it now shows our ID.<o:p></o:p></p>
