[Wactclc-primo] [EXTERNAL] - Troubleshooting Online Access

This is similar to the message we get when a database (or associated link) is set to run through ezproxy but we don't actually have a stanza for it in the ezproxy config.txt file.

I'm wondering if somewhere in Alma you accidentally have a Bloomberg ("Businessweek") electronic collection activated and the service is set to run through ezproxy first?

Or if you actually do have a Bloomberg (Businessweek) subscription at your library but need to add a stanza<https://help.oclc.org/Library_Management/EZproxy/EZproxy_database_stanzas/Database_stanzas_B/Businessweek> for it to the ezproxy config.txt file?

Greetings!
Has anyone had the pop-up below present while trying to access an online article via View Full Text? I'm not sure where to begin troubleshooting. It's happening with several Open Access and some of our subscriptions. I'm a bit new to working with Primo, so any help would be appreciated. Thank you so much, in advance.
