[Wactclc-primo] Ebsco content unavailable?

Looks like they fixed it?

I was able to connect to an EBSCO ebook just now-and view the full-text content!

Thanks for the head's up!  We're experiencing the same thing.

In some cases, the error message may not show up until you're deep into the EBSCO platform and trying to view an article.

I'll probably go into all our EBSCOhost electronic collections and set them to "Display service temporarily unavailable message" until this gets resolved.

It will be ok!

Just an FYI... Ebsco tech support was able to replicate the issue and have received similar calls from other libraries, so it's not just us... and they are on the case.

I do not believe this is a Primo/Alma issue since I have the same issue when I use the Ebsco databases directly, but I thought I'd reach out to this group anyway, to see if you are experiencing any issues with your Ebsco content?  I receive the message below, in multiple browsers, in multiple Ebsco databases. Wondering if it's just us...!  Thanks!
