Just an FYI… Ebsco tech support was able to replicate the issue and have received similar calls from other libraries, so it’s not just us… and they are on the case.

I do not believe this is a Primo/Alma issue since I have the same issue when I use the Ebsco databases directly, but I thought I’d reach out to this group anyway, to see if you are experiencing any issues with your Ebsco content?  I receive the message below, in multiple browsers, in multiple Ebsco databases. Wondering if it’s just us…!  Thanks!
