[Wactclc-primo] Updating "Get It" Section

The bulk of my experience with Primo and Alma was before Primo was absorbed
into Alma as a module, so some or all of what I'm writing here may be
obsolete. I'm still not certain what aspects of the DOM are editable with
regards to the Get It and View It sections. The Primo application always
treated those sections as an Alma iframe. I know it's unified after the
Primo VE module went live in Alma, and we can see in a console editor that
the Get It and View It sections are now Primo directives (prm-alma-viewit,
for example). I'm rooting for success for you Greg in terms of paring down
this form.
