[Wactclc-primo] check for available services

What does it mean when an item's status in Primo is "Check for Available Services" but there is no record in Alma?  Where did it come from?  I even searched the MMS ID in Alma that was listed in the Primo record, but get no results.

The example is: "Food and Drink of Seattle"
