<p class="MsoNormal">Thanks so much! I also found out that there’s a setting under Config – Fulfillment – General _ Other Settings that sets up how long before auto-renew happens and ours was set to 5 days, which means my test wouldn’t have worked anyway since
I was trying to get it to autorenew overnight.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">The fact that there are settings hidden in like five different places that affect one thing drives me crazy!<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I am trying to set up auto-renewal for some items and having problems. I have set up that employees can auto-renew their items. I tried to test it by checking out an item to myself and setting the due date and time for this morning at 10
am. However, it did not auto-renew as expected.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">I have checked Terms of Use. I have checked the Fulfillment Unit Rule. I have checked the item policy. Everything looks like it should have auto-renewed. But it didn’t. I am at a dead end with my troubleshooting. Does anyone have any clues
