[wactclc-alma] Primo vocabulary expansion

Hi all,
Does anyone know of vocabulary expansion settings in Alma that will help find "feline leukemia" if someone types in "cat cancer"? I wrote this down at ELUNA but don't see a presentation or anything come up yet. Maybe someone mentioned it offhand. Thanks for any leads!
