We aren't seeing this behavior at Whatcom, although our integration profile for the SIS load is configured differently than Skagit. I didn't really see these get set up but I wonder if that might be connected?

Hello everyone! This morning when our circ staff went into a couple student records this morning she found something odd. The phrasing “Profile name: Patron, Profile ID: 131391130000231” was the user notes of each patron… twice!  I’ve checked a bunch of accounts and all active users have them. Internal or non-active accounts do not have them. See a snippit from my account below (ignore the overdue item, we’re using it for testing things). I’ve already had a chat with support and they are opening a case to see what’s going on.
