[Wactclc-alma] Funkyness in Alma user notes this morning

So apparently, it was part of the May update. Though the article that they link to says that this particular update shouldn't have happened until the 14th. Here is the response so far:

Thank you for contacting Ex Libris Support. My name is Fabiana and I have assumed responsibility for your case.
In the May release notes, there is a new feature: "User's Role Profiles Now Recorded in Account Notes"
"Users' role profiles are now recorded in the user-account's Notes tab when they are applied. This makes it possible to find all users to which a particular role profile was applied in the past, by searching for the role profile's name or ID number. A logical set of these users can also be saved, and used as input for the Update/Notify Users job, which can update the roles assigned to the users in the set."

Hello everyone! This morning when our circ staff went into a couple student records this morning she found something odd. The phrasing "Profile name: Patron, Profile ID: 131391130000231" was the user notes of each patron... twice! I've checked a bunch of accounts and all active users have them. Internal or non-active accounts do not have them. See a snippit from my account below (ignore the overdue item, we're using it for testing things). I've already had a chat with support and they are opening a case to see what's going on.

It looks like it was maybe an accident, and then a job was run three days later to remove it but it added it a second time instead of removing it? This is what I see in my own history when I look up myself (home address blacked out)

Hello everyone! This morning when our circ staff went into a couple student records this morning she found something odd. The phrasing ?Profile name: Patron, Profile ID: 131391130000231? was the user notes of each patron? twice! I?ve checked a bunch of accounts and all active users have them. Internal or non-active accounts do not have them. See a snippit from my account below (ignore the overdue item, we?re using it for testing things). I?ve already had a chat with support and they are opening a case to see what?s going on.
