[wactclc-alma] UPDATE RE: anyone have Swank?

Hi all, I have some new-to-me info from Swank that I needed to share with our IT this week, so I thought I'd share to the group:

Below are all of the endpoints required for our Digital Campus Cloud product. Please ensure these are all allowed through your campus firewalls and that the DNS resolutions are accurate.

DNS Resolution
In order to acquire a license to play content back, the following DNS resolution must be permitted through the network and proxy:

This was different than what I was finding online, and proved to be the culprit between our homegrown SSO, EZproxy, and Swank.

Along the way I got bad information from OCLC, Swank, and my own IT, but we eventually got on the same page with persistence. Thank you so much to the group for your ideas, support, and commiseration during the calls this week! The value I find in you all is just something else.

Hi Abby,
We have Swank (Top 500), but I have not cataloged them in Alma. I am hoping to do that in the future. Not sure if I can help, but available if you need me.
