[Wactclc-alma] Change to Alma Acquisitions interface

Chris Muzzin just gave us a head's up today about a major redesign of the Alma Acquisitions interface and how it displays POLs. The change will get rolled out in the November Release-with the ability for individual users to try the new interface or keep things as-is.
