[Wactclc-alma] Questions about SUSHI Harvesting

Thank you!!! The Analytics portion is what I was missing. I had discovered the Dashboards and various other reports a few weeks back when I was exploring Alma. I just hadn't made the connection to SUSHI.

Overview for all, Amanda I'm not sure what you've found in Alma, so I'm starting "at the beginning"

To view usage data you must have the Usage Data Operator role.
Go to Acquisitions>>Import>>Load Usage Data
The Monthly Usage Data tab shows the previous harvests, and the Uploaded Files tab shows which reports are Fully Processed (sort by status).

Alma uses the JSON files in Analytics to populate Reports and Dashboards. The Electronic Usage report in the WACTCLC folder of the Community>>Consortia folder is not constructed correctly, so it's not returning good results. I found nice ones from CARLI in Community>>Consortia>>CARLI>>Shared Reports>>COUNTER 5 E-Resource Usage. I would be happy to help people customize for their institution.

Hi all,



SUSHI has been mentioned a few times over the last couple weeks. I had no idea what it is so I did some research. I now know that it is data harvesting protocol and that it has been setup/configured at Big Bend Community College by a person who is no longer here. I know what data is being harvested every Saturday and which vendors it is coming from. What I don't know is where is the data going? Who is receiving the data or where I can find or access it? I appreciate the help.
