[Wactclc-alma] Gale madness

In our meeting on Thursday we briefly discussed that a lot of us were noticing issues with our Gale linking correctly in Primo.  It just so happens that a bum Gale link in Primo was sent to me last night by one of our librarians so I did some research, and now I'm wondering if Alma/CDI isn't the issue, but rather our actual Gale instances are...?  Thoughts?

Primo linked to an article in Encyclopedia of Management, in the Gale Business: Entrepreneurship collection, but the link failed. So I searched our actual Gale Business Entrepreneurship database directly for that encyclopedia title and it didn't come up at all.

But when I go to the Alma portfolio for Encyclopedia of Management in the Gale Business: Entrepreneurship electronic collection, and "test access" and then click through a couple of links, I am eventually taken to all 315 wonderful full text articles from that Encyclopedia...  and I'm at a loss to explain why searching the database directly didn't yield any results for that title, while going through an Alma "backdoor" DID...
