I did a test and it doesn't come through to my GHC email (just did a preview letter test send) but the preview test did get through to my gmail account.
I see on the successful one (to gmail) it is says from "lib-circ at ghc.edu via exlibrisgroup.com<mailto:lib-circ at ghc.edu%20via%20exlibrisgroup.com>" but in the letter settings I have the addressFrom field as "GHC Library <no-reply at exlibrisgroup.com<mailto:no-reply at exlibrisgroup.com>>" which I thought was the correct way to process it.
Our other notices that are successfully sending also have addressFrom field as "GHC Library <no-reply at exlibrisgroup.com<mailto:no-reply at exlibrisgroup.com>>"
I cannot find the lib-circ at ghc.edu<mailto:lib-circ at ghc.edu> email listed anywhere in the Query To Patron Letter.
Any ideas?

The issue doesn't appear to be with configuration.
I created an ILL from GHC for myself and then sent a note about it.
I received the message at wadeg at bigbend.edu<mailto:wadeg at bigbend.edu>. So Alma is sending the notices.
Whether the notices get received is going to depend on the address that they are being sent to.
If you've been trying to send them to ghc addresses, and they aren't being delivered, I'd suggest contacting your IT folks, as the messages are probably being blocked for some reason.
If you want to do a test, change the email address in a test account, and then try resending the message with a different email target.

Both of those letters are enabled, and I double-checked the addressFrom and it is the same as for another notice that seems to be working. Both use GHC Library <no-reply at exlibrisgroup.com<mailto:no-reply at exlibrisgroup.com>>

The same thing is happening for us. I have a feeling that I haven't turned on the correct 'letter' to be sent to a person when I check that box. The same behavior happens when we cancel a hold, we tick the Notify box but nothing happens.
In the Config --> General --> Letters Configuration, if you search for 'query,' I can see two letters to enable: Query To Patron letter and Query To Requester Letter. I don't have either of them enabled yet, do you? Would turning on one of them work in your situation?
Just a note -- there might be further issues with the addressFrom field on that letter, if I remember some other recent conversations on this list... so definitely copy the addressFrom email from another one of your letters, I think.
Curious if it will work!

I've started getting resource sharing requests through the new form! I'm so glad it's working.
However, now I have a different issue. I had a question for a patron, so used the option to send them a query. It does not seem to have done anything. I cc'd my email so I'd have a copy of what I said and nothing is coming through. If I didn't get it, I expect the student didn't either!
What steps have I missed?

When I check my user group, since it is now coming through ctcLink, I am "Faculty (not listed)" as opposed to previously, "Faculty/Admin" which is what you are listed as.

The link you see for that book is for a local hold, rather than a resource sharing request, so a different workflow.
If you want to suppress local holds for on-shelf items, just edit the fulfillment unit under Admin / Fulfillment, and select the highlighted option below on the "Fulfillment Unit Details" tab.

I thought I had it set to hide in the display logic rules, but that isn't working.

The OCLC symbol was missing from the library configuration under resource sharing, and there was no default workflow profile or resource sharing partner under configuration / resource sharing.
Those things don't actually get used when I library's ILL platform is WorldShare, since there is not actual integration going on, but they still need to exist in the Alma config. Those things typically get populated during implementation, but in our case we weren't generally pursuing resource sharing functionality.

There were just a couple of configuration things that needed to be done.
I just took care of those.
So, now you'll be able to see the resource sharing link if you're logged into Primo, and are looking at a citation that is not available at GHC, for example:

Note that you'll usually only see such citations if you use 'expand my search' to expand search results beyond what is available at GHC.
The requests themselves will appear in the Alma requests queue, under 'Fulfillment / Resource Requests'.
If you want patrons to have access to a blank ILL form for resource sharing requests, you can enable the 'Blankill' (ie, "Blank ILL") link on the 'Links' tab of the Primo view. That will give you a link in the top menu bar in Primo to a blank ILL form that patrons could fill out and submit. Which would then end up as a request in the Alma request queue.

The most recent discussions on this topic were in the context of PubMed LinkOut and their requirement for a pre-populated ILL form. But the the discussion is basically the same.

Just look at the "ILL form to support PubMed LinkOut" notes, which could also just be called "ILL form to support pre-filled citation"
When "resource sharing" is enabled in the library configuration, and you use the native Alma ILL form, pre-population of the form is automatic. If you use your own ILL form (Google, LibGuides, etc), you have to work out the appropriate URL for passing the paramters.

We eventually decided to switch from our own homegrown ILL form to the native Alma/Primo ILL form (I think it's called a Resource Sharing Request Form). We went to it when we were configuring direct links to our resources in PubMed (an ILL form that accepts openurl citation values is required for that process), and our old form couldn't do that.
When you are logged in to Primo you see the option under "How to get it" and then it expands a pre-filled form right in the record. I'm sure this has come up but I haven't seen something specifically within the last few months of Alma discourse. We are interested in getting a link to our ILL request form on article records that are unavailable.
