[Wactclc-alma] Spine o Matic trouble

There was a software update that needed to be done. It was a simple download and swap of the exe file.

I googled the problem and plugged this text string into a url field:

and that works so it seems the problem is not in the connection with Alma.

I came in to the office today to work on some print books, but Spine o Matic is not happy.



Here is the error message I get:

***** ERROR *****

Can't retrieve XML file.



Error message: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.



I have changed nothing and it’s worked fine for years. I also rebooted my computer just in case that would help, but it did not.



Anyone else having problems with it?
