We came in to the same issue today, and haven't figured out a solution yet. At least you aren't alone?

I came in to the office today to work on some print books, but Spine o Matic is not happy.

Here is the error message I get:
***** ERROR *****
Can't retrieve XML file.

Error message: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send.

I have changed nothing and it's worked fine for years. I also rebooted my computer just in case that would help, but it did not.

Anyone else having problems with it?
