[Wactclc-alma] Repository talk on the call next week? Change settings?

Abby-- I had to email Wade about some other stuff so I asked him if he could make Lily and/or me co-hosts on the Zoom meeting. I'll let you know when/if I hear back.

His out-of-office message says he won’t be back until May 20 and has instructions for filing cases with Ex Libris or contacting local IT.

I think this means he's *really* out of the office and not checking email at all. (Good for him!)

So we may need to push plans for this out to Tue May 24 or Thu May 26 (especially since no one but a host can record the meeting!)

I also asked if he could give you editing permissions to the WACTCLC LibGuide for the purpose of uploading meeting notes & recordings.

Wade-- Don’t get stressed if you don’t see any of this until after you get back from vacation! 😊

Hi all,
On the call today we realized we can still host the Tuesday call next week and hold space for Ro and Caitlan, statewide digital repository leaders, to come chat with the group about their recent work! (If y'all are up for it and available and all that!) We don't have an official agenda these days, but several folks on the call were interested in hearing more.

Wade, could you change the Zoom settings so that everyone can share their screen? It's currently disabled.

Did you try going to the pulldown at the top of the ‘comments’ column, in the header, and selecting ‘wrap text’ (instead of ‘clip text’)?

Whoops! I just realized you were on a slightly different tab -- on my Case Comments I see each comment expanded so I can read the whole thing. No Actions Available in the drop down though, same as you.

That's weird. When I log in I don't see my name as User in My Cases, I see my name as a Contact in a later field (and the drop down shows Edit, but there's nothing much to Edit). I can select the case number and see the history, comments, the whole shebang:

PS - Did want to mention, when I ADD a new comment, I get an email receipt for it, so it's definitely getting added to the ticket. It's just odd that I can't seem to expand any of them.

The dropdowns next to the comment blocks don't have anything, and clicking on the comments themselves doesn't load it... clicking my name just goes to my public Proquest support user profile... so... anyone see this yet? Is it just a Chrome thing maybe?
