[Wactclc-alma] Issue with the Proquest/Ex Libris support portal - can't read comments?

Dan,

Did you try going to the pulldown at the top of the 'comments' column, in the header, and selecting 'wrap text' (instead of 'clip text')?

Whoops! I just realized you were on a slightly different tab -- on my Case Comments I see each comment expanded so I can read the whole thing. No Actions Available in the drop down though, same as you.

That's weird. When I log in I don't see my name as User in My Cases, I see my name as a Contact in a later field (and the drop down shows Edit, but there's nothing much to Edit). I can select the case number and see the history, comments, the whole shebang:

PS - Did want to mention, when I ADD a new comment, I get an email receipt for it, so it's definitely getting added to the ticket. It's just odd that I can't seem to expand any of them.

The dropdowns next to the comment blocks don't have anything, and clicking on the comments themselves doesn't load it... clicking my name just goes to my public Proquest support user profile... so... anyone see this yet? Is it just a Chrome thing maybe?
