Traci,

Looking at the Labels tab for the Loan Receipt Letter, it shows that the phrase “The following items have been loaned from..” is represented by the code inform_loaned_items in the XSL template.

If you go into the Template tab and use ctrl+F to search for inform_loaned_items, the code shows up in this line:

<h>@@inform_loaned_items@@ <xsl:value-of select="notification_data/organization_unit/name" />, <xsl:value-of select="notification_data/circ_desk_name"/></h>

The “xsl” bits in between the brackets are responsible for inserting the Library name and circulation desk name.

You can either remove them completely or you can comment them out like this:

I would like to remove “Bellingham Technical College Library, Main Desk from the loan receipt letter as shown below.

I looked at the letter template and don’t see where I need to make the edits.
