[Wactclc-alma] Sending Alma notices in other languages

Hi all,

Our goal is to improve outreach/messaging to our students whose first language is one other than English (primarily Spanish at this point)
Focusing specifically on the Alma notification letters, e.g. borrowing activity letter, overdue etc. we hope that if students get the information in a language they are most comfortable with, the result will be improved communication.

So far, we have noted the toggle for other languages in the letters and the preferred language field on the general info tab however neither fully addresses our puzzle at this point.
Another consideration is to include a Spanish translation of the message in the body of the letter.

If anyone else is sending these letters in other languages and has a plan in place, we would appreciate hearing about your approach.
