Ooh! I hadn’t thought of that… I do know that it once happened before and Lesley spoke with Wade and he fixed it. I have no idea what error was happening or what was done to fix it though.

I wonder if it has something to do with Wade being gone?  Like, maybe the "account" was his or tied to his old email address, and is now expired?

I hope you are all doing well. We have been having issues with doing inventory. When we load it, it gives us the error of “Account suspended”.
