I know you’ve probably done all of this, but….

Did you try hitting apply changes in the calendar to be sure the date entered was actually enacted?  The change can be saved and live there, but if that button isn’t hit it won’t affect policies.

I think the end of term date has to be an open day (and at the institution level), so if your calendar says you are closed that day Alma might just push it back to due right now.

Is the testing patron perhaps expired?

Then I think it’s looking at your terms of use/fulfillment policies ☹

Yes, we do have one set up. I don't know if it's set up properly, but we have one in there, but it's not working as expected. I also moved the associated rule to the top of the table for the Reserves unit in case that was it, but that's not the issue, either.

I seem to remember that if you have quarter long loans, you also have to have an "End of Term" calendar event set up in your calendar... maybe try that if you don't already have one set up...?

Hi All,

I'm trying to set up an item policy in Alma that will allow a reserve to circulate until the end of the quarter.
For some reason my policy, when applied, makes things due in one minute.
Any ideas what I may have done wrong here?
