When Alma goes down, here's what I do:

  1.  I go to the WACTCLC listserv to check and see if anyone else in the state is having that problem.
  2.   3.  If so, then I just wait to see when they will get it back up again. In the meantime, staff will follow off-line circ processes. Usually the outages don't last for very long. (knock wood - let's hope it's back up again soon.)
  4.
