[Wactclc-alma] [EXTERNAL] - ILL Link for Unavailable Articles

We eventually decided to switch from our own homegrown ILL form to the native Alma/Primo ILL form (I think it's called a Resource Sharing Request Form).  We went to it when we were configuring direct links to our resources in PubMed (an ILL form that accepts openurl citation values is required for that process), and our old form couldn't do that.

When you are logged in to Primo you see the option under "How to get it" and then it expands a pre-filled form right in the record.  We also have a link to a blank request form at the top of our Primo home page (screenshots below) that also allows for print book ILL requests.  https://knowledge.exlibrisgroup.com/Primo/Product_Documentation/020Primo_VE/Primo_VE_(English)/080Configuring_Delivery_Services_for_Primo_VE/Configuring_Request_Forms_for_Primo_VE

It was a long time ago, June 2020, I'm guessing Wade had to help us a bit...?  I don't remember at this point, and I can't find a concise email thread about it.

Hey all,

I'm sure this has come up but I haven't seen something specifically within the last few months of Alma discourse. We are interested in getting a link to our ILL request form on article records that are unavailable. I haven't worked in Alma in a while, so I'm wondering if anyone has a link to a tutorial, or the exact subject text for an email thread that has covered this before.
