[Wactclc-alma] Purchase Requesets/ILL forms in Alma question

Melinda,

Sounds like you might have activated a display logic rule to hide or disable the purchase request service.

Go to:

Alma Configuration / Fulfillment / Discovery Interface Display Logic / Display Logic Rules

And see if you have a rule that is disabling purchase requests for some or all users. If so, disable that rule and re-test.

Even though you've got the link in the top menu, a display logic rule may be disabling the form for some or all users.

Hi all - We are having this "error" message using the ILL and Purchase Request function in Alma - but it is inconsistent.  Any ideas?
