Hi Amy,
We just moved to the Alma ILL form as well, and so far, we love it! However, I would love more information about getting pre-filled forms from external or non-owned articles.

Perhaps that is something we can cover?

We eventually decided to switch from our own homegrown ILL form to the native Alma/Primo ILL form (I think it's called a Resource Sharing Request Form).  We went to it when we were configuring direct links to our resources in PubMed (an ILL form that accepts openurl citation values is required for that process), and our old form couldn't do that.

When you are logged in to Primo you see the option under "How to get it" and then it expands a pre-filled form right in the record. It was a long time ago, June 2020, I'm guessing Wade had to help us a bit...?  I don't remember at this point, and I can't find a concise email thread about it.

Hey all,

I'm sure this has come up but I haven't seen something specifically within the last few months of Alma discourse. We are interested in getting a link to our ILL request form on article records that are unavailable. I haven't worked in Alma in a while, so I'm wondering if anyone has a link to a tutorial, or the exact subject text for an email thread that has covered this before.
