[Wactclc-alma] [EXTERNAL*]- Can't login to Alma

Thanks everyone- we think it is our authentication system is already using CTC Link ID numbers and that doesn't match what is in Alma. We are trying some things.

Starting late yesterday, folks at Bellevue have been unable to login to Alma Back office, and we receive an error that says the user isn't authorized. I just experienced this for myself just now, as I worked in Alma earlier in the day.
Is this a local issue or are others having access problems?
