[Wactclc-alma] Analytics fines/fees issue

Hi,
I don't do much in analytics, so maybe I'm missing an obvious error.
I was running a list of all outstanding fines/fees, and all seemed well. Then I checked a patron that the report said owes us $91 and she has a zero balance. Doesn't owe us any money, doesn't have anything checked out.

Any help is appreciated!
