Sorry, one more question! I tested one audiobook marc record using the import profile I built and it's displaying as "AUDIO CD." Using the same strategy with the Code Table, I could change Audio CD to Audiobook... though I'm wondering what other items I might affect with that change.

I know a couple of other folks have Audiobooks. What have y'all done for the Icon Codes Label?

I believe the electronic material type would only be used or seen in advanced search. Otherwise, it doesn't appear. If you wanted, you could try to pick an unused electronic material type, and then change the label for the advanced search.

The documentation says you can set the electronic resource material type for a stand-alone portfolio. So it might be different for a local electronic collection.

Meanwhile, yes to changing the discovery label would do it for 'full text available.' Search the label descriptions for 'full text available.' Should be the one in the 'view it' table.

And to make sure I follow, you suggest I edit the Discovery label "full text" rather than try to edit the Service Type on the backend which doesn't seem like an option.

To my knowledge, you should be able to set material type. Are you finding a reference otherwise?

And generally with a local collection, the link text shown in Primo VE is the name of the collection, like 'Films on Demand'.

Unless you mean the 'Full text available' shown below.

That is editable as a Discovery label, but it will be the same text for all content. So maybe 'Full Access' as you suggest. Or maybe just 'Available.'

Okay, I have another question!

I'm in the process of adding a new electronic collection of audiobooks.

I did a bit of research this morning and it seems I cannot change the options under "Service" or "Material Type" for electronic collections. You can edit physical material types, but not electronic. Is that right?

I'd prefer Audiobook over Streaming Audio.

Also, with more streaming media, I'd really like to edit the service label description from "Full Text" to something more inclusive of non-text media. Maybe "Full Access"? Anyway, it doesn't seem like we can edit that either.
