[Wactclc-alma] Active Collections in Alma, by Institution

I have updated this spreadsheet now to make it a bit more inclusive.

The document now lists all active collections, unless the collection is indicated in Alma as completely open access.

The document also includes the interface name (typically, vendor name) in addition to collection name, allowing for grouping of collections by vendor.

As mentioned previously, this spreadsheet provides a cross-institutional view of who is subscribed to what collections.

I haven't done this in a while, but this morning I created a collated report of active collections in Alma, by institution.

I tried to filter out Open Access collections, and limit to just paid subscriptions.

You can use this report to identify collections you have in common with other institutions, and also to review your existing Alma activations.
