Subject: [Wactclc-alma] Patron renewal problems

Hi all:

We have a weird situation we haven't encountered before. Whenever a student wants to renew an item we get a notice that says, "Patron card will expire soon" when trying to renew.

The patron expiration dates are set for 8/26/2021, which is as it should be. The calendar is updated to reflect next year's dates.

Has anyone else encountered this and/or knows of any way to fix it?
