Wade,

We didn't get our budget for last FY until October, so we're just wrapping everything up before the rollover now.
Yes, the grace period for the fund was the issue.

Have you done fiscal year turnover? If not, there won’t be any current FY funds to pick.



Or, are you trying to use last year’s funds? If you’re trying to use funds from the previous fiscal year, you’ll need to edit the fund(s) to allow a buffer for their use into the current fiscal year.

Hi All,



I'm cleaning up invoices in review and editing PO lines and I've found that I have some funds that aren't displaying as choices when I edit PO lines and I can't tell why. I've looked at the funds and they're active and allocated. Any ideas? I seem to recall that this happened when I first set them up, but I don't remember what the issue was.
