[Wactclc-alma] Analytics experiencing some issues this morning

As of Tuesday morning (or really, as of yesterday), Analytics is once again working normally.

Current status: Service is operating normally

We would like to update you that the analytics issue described in an earlier message has been rectified.

Full service was restored as of Jan 18th, 14:30 EST.

Just fyi, latest report from ExL is that the availability of 'design analytics' (ie, new report creation) won't return until Sunday, during the monthly update patching that usually follows the weekend after the monthly Alma update

ExL is reporting issues with Analytics this morning.

So please be aware that 'design analytics' is currently unavailable.
