[Wactclc-alma] Follow-up to this morning's call - ctcLink PeopleSoft Reporting

For those of you who were on the call this morning during the discussion of ctcLink reporting, here's a great link:

This page discusses the currently available reporting tools for ctcLink, and who has access to them.

The tool you will see mentioned is "PS Query", which is a different tool than the OBIEE we talked about. (PS Query is more analogous to Alma API, where OBIEE is analogous to Alma Analytics).

If you look at the first link on the page referenced above, you will see ctcLink PeopleSoft Reporting FAQ<https://www.sbctc.edu/resources/documents/colleges-staff/data-services/peoplesoft-ctclink/ctcink-peoplesoft-reporting-faq.docm>

This FAQs document includes a link to a spreadsheet<https://www.sbctc.edu/resources/documents/colleges-staff/data-services/peoplesoft-ctclink/college-query-developers.xlsx> listing the PS Query contacts for each campus.

So, for example, Melinda, you could reach out to the PS Query contacts listed for Spokane, let them know the type of information you need (paid invoices on a scheduled basis), and see if they will can than query for you and schedule it. Or, you could at least try this approach. Each institution will probably be a bit different in how such requests are dealt with. But certainly worth a try!
