This is the ctcLink documentation page for entering electronic addresses, allowing you to see the actual screen in ctcLink where addresses are recorded.

This page does not indicate any standard or requirement for what emails are used, or how the info must be entered.

Just FYI, in follow to Amy's (Olympic College) comments about their post-ctcLink loads providing campus emails for all employees...  The Alma / ctcLink integration solution at Olympic is pulling email addresses from both Active Directory and ctcLink, to ensure that campus addresses are included. The solution developed by Olympic is one of the 2 solutions currently being shared with others.

One additional note, you will see a field called "National ID", which is PeopleSoft's generic labeling for SSN numbers and the like. (Since PeopleSoft is used internationally, the label is less specific, kind of like 'VAT' in Alma.) In any case, I wonder if this is the PeopleSoft field Dan (Edmonds) was referring to in his comments on today's call.
