[Wactclc-alma] Counting electronic portfolios by portfolio material type vs bibliographic material type

This topic came up in this morning's Thursday call.

So, I just created a couple of analytics reports that counts electronic portfolios, one by portfolio material type and one by bibliographic material type,.

You can find those reports in Analytics under:

/ shared / Community / Reports / Consortia / WACTCLC / eResource Management / Portfolio Counts

These 2 reports show portfolio counts by both material type and collection.

So you can get a quick sense of whether the respective material types reflect what you expect to find in a given collection.

Opening the reports in your Alma environment will show the results for your institution.
