Adrienne and all,

Just FYI, for emailed notices, Alma only attempts to send a notice is a user has an email address. Notices to users without email addresses won't even be attempted.

And also, just a related reminder, you can look at the 'attachments' tab in the user record to review sent notices. 'sent' in this case meaning that Alma did send a notice. No way to know if the email is received on the other end.

Regarding the 'error' you are seeing...  I assume you looking at the 'error' reported in the 'severity'? I'm not sure why it's putting 'error' there. But no errors are occurring in this case.

You can always look at the attachments tab on a user's record just to confirm that Alma sent the notice.

Here's what the "Monitor Jobs" list looks like. It just shows completed successfully.

When I do look at the Report, it looks like this:

It's just under Events that it shows Error. I'm sure some of those people don't have email addresses in their records, so they really didn't get a message sent. Which could be an error, but some of the ones listed under the errors definitely do have emails listed.

Hi all,
I have a fines/fees report that runs the first of the month, and I don't understand what I'm seeing in the Events Report.
It is both "successful" and "error"? Does this mean that the job itself was a success, because it ran, but there were specific errors that occurred?  I can't seem to find any details of the errors.
I'm puzzled! What am I missing here?
