We have checked the patron expiration dates and tested with both student and employee accounts. And, yes, the end of term being a Friday is I am sure why the due date is coming up with the 13th. But, the immediate concern is why the changes made ended up with a due date of the same day as check out both yesterday and today.

The guy on chat couldn't help either and he has opened a case.

Student expiration dates?  I know that the fulfillment config won’t look at those when testing.



Also, the push to the 13th could be because you are closed Fridays on your calendar there and since Dec. 10 is a Friday it is pushing to the next business day based on that being your selected policy?

Hi all:



We have edited our Calendar to change our due dates for Fall Quarter so that students who are registered for fall can renew materials or check out. However, any renewals or checkouts we do, come up with a due date of TODAY.



When using the Fullfillment Configuration Utility, however, it says the due date should come up with 12/13/2021, which is also inaccurate. The due date should be 12/9/2021.  The Fulfillment Configuration Utility is NOT actually matching what happens in reality when we actually do a checkout.



We have opened a case, but hoping we can figure it out before they get back to us because this is affecting anyone trying to renew or checkout now.
