[Wactclc-alma] Primo errors when linking to Ebsco, Gale

I saw your post to the listserv, so I tested it out at BTC. We are experiencing the same issue here. I did submit a case this morning as a high priority. The case number is 00949239.

In case you are not following the discussion on Alma-L this morning, there appears to be a nationwide issue with Primo linking to Ebsco content which results in users being sent to an Ebsco login page instead of directly to the subscribed content.  Not good.  There is an additional error with Gale content.



Hopefully this gets sorted out soon…
