Hmmm. Some of my Ebsco links are suddenly not working either. George, where are you finding this screen? I had thought it was the on the Services menu for the collection, but that one looks different than what you show below…

Hi Nicole,

I had a similar issue when I activated EBSCOhost eBook collections last spring. Once activated, the eBook links in Primo would open up to an EBSCO login page. It turns out that I had left the Customer ID box empty under Linking Parameters.

I asked about this a week or so ago, but Bellevue recently updated a couple of EBSCO subscriptions. One of the updates (CINAHL) went smoothly and everything is working properly. When I use the journal title search it links me to the record in EBSCO.
We also updated to Business Source Ultimate, and while it is working, the search by journal title doesn’t work. When I search in Primo for a journal from that database (i.e. HR Specialist) it notes that the journal is part of Business Source Ultimate, but then which I click to view the journal I am taken to an EBSCO login page.

I had make a change to the record in Alma on Monday, but it has been 72 hours and there has been no change. Is there a solution to this or should I just put in a ticket with ExLibris?

Thanks,
