ELUNA is moving to a new membership management system powered by Wild Apricot.  The new system will allow member contacts to manage their own membership profile and pay annual dues online.   If the contact at your institution changes or you add or drop an Ex Libris product, you can make that change right in your membership profile.  Invoices and reminders will automatically be sent by the system to the contact listed in your record.



The new system will give you a new Member ID.   Retain your old ID/password to log in to NERS for now.  We plan to integrate sign in for the member database and NERS, but that piece isn't finished yet.



In the next two weeks, contacts will receive an email from:  ELUNA<eluna40 at wildapricot.org<mailto:eluna40 at wildapricot.org>>.    The email will provide instructions to go into the system and set a password.  When that's complete, you can log into the system and update your information if necessary.  Because the message is coming from an outside org, it's possible it will end up in your Junk or Spam email.  If you have not received a welcome message by November 3rd, please let me know at:  suzanne-julich at uiowa.edu<mailto:suzanne-julich at uiowa.edu>
