[Wactclc-alma] missing tools in new Alma interface?

I am trying to get back to the place where I can reactivate holds.  When I deactivated them in March in the old interface, it was located at (Configuration Menu > Fulfillment > Discovery Interface Display Logic > Display Logic Rules).

I no longer see an equivalent spot in the new Alma interface.  I know I can switch back to the old interface if need be but wanted to try to use the new interface!  What am I missing?
