[Wactclc-alma] Email Tool

Do you know what the tool is called? Or if there is a help page for it? All my sleuthing for “Primo email” turns me to Alma email/letter configuration.

I don't know so much about the sender name, but if you sign in to Primo before sending a record you can attach a note.

I remember this tool being a huge headache because of how the SMTP server was configured. I can't remember specifics but I know it had to do with receiving email servers rejecting the message outright because sender and identity information didn't match up.
