[Wactclc-alma] duplicate portfolios in collection

On second thought...

Looking in your environment, your local Business Source Complete collection has about 10,000 more portfolios than the Business Source Complete Collection in the community zone.

So, it seems like your local collection is no longer in sync with the CZ. Or at least, it doesn't match the current CZ collection

My recommendation would be to delete the local collection and reactivate from the community zone.

If it's an activated CZ collection, which it appears to be, I would leave the portfolios as-is, and report to ExL via SF.

There may be some difference in the content between the two portfolios that isn't apparent in the names.

Could be something like different editions for different countries, something like that.

We came across duplicate portfolios in our Business Source Complete collection.  Their portfolio IDs are slightly different.  I know I can delete one but not sure why this is happening...is it a one off or should I report it in case it's part of a bigger problem?  Is there a report I can run to check on duplicate portfolio titles in a specific collection?
