[Wactclc-alma] COVID-19 closure

If you're extending due dates to the first day of Spring Quarter you may
want to consider a generous grace period. I set a two-day grace period so
students planning to return items on their first day of class (as opposed
to the first day of the quarter) aren't hit with fines. Alternatively, you
could just waive fines on an individual basis or via bulk waive.
