[Wactclc-alma] Alma Access

Another one of our staff that is working remotely is not able to log in either. We are getting an error message that says, "your attempt has failed. The username or password or location may be incorrect. Neither of us recalls seeing "location" in this message in the past. I also tried logging into Alma in the remote desktop for BTC and still no access.

I am not able to login to Alma. I have tried two different browsers. Is anyone else having the same problem?
